A rapping drummer? Brass players in short skirts? The crowd shouts the bass player's name?
Let's take a step back again: Make A Move met busking in the streets of Kreuzberg. Big beats, passion for music and the infectious energy form into BRASS FUNK RAP DELUXE. Quickly the pavement became too crowded and concerts get crashed by the police. The solution is obvious: from the street to the big stage.
Whether with catchy horn sections, tight rap shouts or through the driving groove of bass and guitar, Make A Move makes people bounce. The continously growing fan base ranges from the techno club to the large festival meadows. Influences from funk, electro and hip hop characterize the sound of the band and flow straight from the ear into the legs. Completed by the contagious joy of music, it can hardly be denied: Make A Move is champagne for the groove-thirsty.

Make a Move Show
In 2020 and 2021, like all bands, Make A Move was unable to play any concerts due to the Corona Pandemic and for this reason they set up a late night show, the Make A Move Show. In the seven months, 11 episodes were shot, each with a guest and a solo performance by Fama M'Boup is included.
